What is Kindermusik? I like to call it "brain food music for you baby!" What I mean is Kindermusik is a class packed with 45 minutes singing, dancing, instruments, and fun for every member of your family!
Why is it so good for Baby? While we (the adults) are singing, dancing, clapping, moving and shaking we're teaching Baby how to talk, walk, hone in on their gross and fine motor skills, and how to interact with other children. Through these activities you'll see your baby start to dance and clap, giggle and wave, and smile at the sight of an egg shaker and perk up when they hear their name sung in the class welcome ritual. We encourage life long learning through safe and healthy musical exploration that was designed specifically for your little one's development!

How do we get involved? It's really easy -just send me an e-mail! I'll get you scheduled for a demonstration class and go from there!
What does it cost? Tuition is pro-rated, so it really varies. I prefer to give price quotes individually but if you'd prefer to see a number, you can visit Kindermusik International's website. You also have payment options, which I am more than happy to discuss with you.
When and where do classes meet? I'm currently running classes out of my home, but would be happy to come to you if you live outside of the Bloomington/Ellettsville area! Classes are scheduled for the weekend because it has worked out better that way. I am open to holding week night classes, so if that's your preference just let me know! I will hold a class for one familyI'm brand new -just starting out!- so a rental space is not something that's in the Busy B budget. One day, though -we will have a beautiful, Joyful, and happy space JUST for Kindermusik and their families!
How long are classes? Classes are 45 minutes in length, and run for a full semester (15 or 16 weeks). The Fall semester starts in late August and the Spring semester starts in mid to late January.
What happens if/when we miss a class (or two)? We do free make-ups, so when you're back in town or Baby's healthy we'll pick a time to schedule a class. Make-up classes are usually individual, but group make-up classes are encouraged. No matter the situation, we'll make sure you get your make-ups in!
